  • Calculation and Bug Reports: Investigated and acknowledged within 24 business hours. Verified formula bugs are deployed immediately to production.
  • General Editorial Inquiries: Responded to within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Commercial Proposals: Reviewed on a weekly cadence. Proposals that compromise editorial independence or request paid ranking will be declined politely.

How to Report a Calculation Issue for Rapid Diagnosis

When reporting an issue with one of our 16 interactive calculators, including the following facts allows our engineering team to reproduce and verify the math immediately:

  1. The specific calculator page URL (for example, our Freelance Hourly Rate Calculator or Payment Method Comparison Calculator).
  2. The exact numbers or dropdown selections entered into the calculator inputs.
  3. The resulting figure produced by the calculator.
  4. The mathematical result you expected, including any citations from official documentation.
  5. Your browser name and device type (for example, Chrome on Desktop or Safari on iOS).

Data Privacy and Security Reminder

Please protect your personal and commercial privacy when contacting us. Do not email passwords, client-confidential agreements, tax identification numbers, bank account logins, or credit card details. SolveNook operates as an educational publisher and self-service software studio; we do not provide personal account recovery or private financial consulting.
