Understand the lifetime-billing tiers
PeoplePerHour uses lower freelancer service-fee percentages as lifetime billing with one buyer increases. The thresholds are stated separately for GBP, USD, and EUR, so this calculator limits the currency choices to those official structures.
The buyer relationship matters
Lifetime billing is tracked for each buyer. Reaching a lower tier with one buyer does not automatically reduce the fee for a different buyer.
Invoices can cross a threshold
The calculator splits an invoice across the applicable bands when the new payment crosses a threshold. It then applies the stated minimum service fee and any VAT percentage you enter.
PeoplePerHour lists 20%, 7.5%, and 3.5% tiers based on lifetime billing per buyer, with currency-specific thresholds and a minimum service fee per invoice. Review the current PeoplePerHour terms. SolveNook is not affiliated with PeoplePerHour.
